Buccellati Announces A New Opening In The US At South Coast Plaza, California
The New Year begins with few new openings for Buccellati in North America: this time on the West Coast at South Coast Plaza, expanding its presence in the US, since the first boutique opening in New York in 1951.
The South Coast Plaza boutique will be located on the second floor, in the Nordstrom Wing, flanked by international luxury brands. The boutique’s aesthetic will mirror their iconic architectural style that characterizes all Buccellati stores in the world: warm tones and clean lines exuding classic Italian elegance, which aims to create a luminous, unique space for clients.
South Coast Plaza was founded in 1967, with 70 stores and a new vision making it the largest shopping plaza on the West Coast by far. Conveniently located in Orange County near magnificent beaches and vacation resorts, adjacent to the celebrated Segerstrom Center for the Arts and a short drive to Disneyland Resort, South Coast Plaza offers more than 250 extraordinary boutiques for an unparalleled shopping experience.
Buccellati could not miss the opportunity to display its renowned jewelry collections and silver pieces in this ambiance that makes shopping a true delight. Clients will have the opportunity to admire the brand’s iconic collections such as Hawaii, Macri, Ramage, Rombi and Opera, as well as one-of-a-kind, alongside precious watches, silver centerpieces, home decoration objects, flatware, tableware, and giftware.
BUCCELLATI
Buccellati is a renowned high-jewelry brand, admired for its craftmanship and the uniqueness of its creations. Distinctive is the use of rare stones with extraordinary colors, mixed with white and yellow gold, all nicely carved like laces. Today, the Buccellati jewels stand out for their design and for the techniques used to create them, such as the hand-engraving technique, dating back to the ancient goldsmithing traditions of the Italian “bottega” during the Renaissance times. The shapes of the collections are all inspired the historical archive drawings and by the very first creations of the founder, Mario Buccellati. Today, the Maison is 100% owned by the Richemont Group. Andrea Buccellati is Honorary Chairman and Creative Director, with other members of the family in key management positions. Buccellati boutiques are present in the most important cities and in the most prestigious Malls of the world.
