Camilla Opens at South Coast Plaza
CAMILLA’s South Coast Plaza boutique is home to the brand’s first West Coast location. The South Coast Plaza Tented Temple features the brand’s new pop up concept design, which is based on the concept of the travelling caravan of CAMILLA. The selling space showcases the full CAMILLA lifestyle offering, which includes women’s, men’s, children’s, accessories, shoes, swimwear and home.
Every CAMILLA boutique around the world is unique in that the walls are individually adorned in distinct travel treasures, handpicked and collected from Franks’ own travels. The South Coast Plaza Tented Temple best represents Camilla’s artisan quality and adventurous heart, weaving unexpected materials, textures and forms together. The collection sits beneath a handmade tent with bespoke trims/tassels, houses a vintage camel cart from India & hand decorated trunks. All fixtures were built in Australia and shipped over for the curation of the South Coast Plaza Tented Temple.

LA FLEUR LIBERTINE, the AW19 collection from Camilla Franks’ namesake label is a joyful celebration of French culture, seduction and joie de vivre as observed by designer Camilla Franks on her travels through France’s Paris, Avignon and the Cote D’azur.
Hero garments of the collection feature high-fashion statement jacquard coats with fur collar and cu trim, ornate maxi dresses with tiered lace panelling, petite playsuits, camis and shorts taking cues from nineteenth-century boudoirs, statement tassel-trimmed kimonos inspired by backstage at the cabaret, baroque patterned embroidery across open-back mules and elevated one piece swimsuits inspirited by old-world corsets.
