M∙A∙C Cosmetics Celebrates the M∙A∙C Guo Pei Collection with Exclusive Exhibit and VIP Event

WHAT:  M∙A∙C Cosmetics has partnered with China’s most revered haute couturier Guo Pei to create a limited-edition collection inspired by her breathtaking gowns. In celebration of the M∙A∙C Cosmetics Guo Pei collection, M∙A∙C Pro South Coast Plaza will host a one of a kind exhibit from October 1- 4, featuring four exclusively designed bespoke haute couture gowns, created by the designer herself, in celebration of this collaboration. This will be the only U.S. exhibition and will be the first time these gowns have been seen by the public.

A VIP dinner will also be hosted by M∙A∙C Director of Makeup Artistry Gregory Arlt and South Coast Plaza on Wednesday, September 30, where guests will receive exclusive access to the collection and have a chance to preview the exhibition before it opens to the public. M∙A∙C Artists will also be available for makeup demonstrations.

The limited-edition collection is inspired by Guo Pei’s “garden of the soul” and brings her legendary elegance to an inspired collection of hues, merging vibrant jewel tones with lush neutrals, punctuated by deep graphite.

The collection will be available in-store October 1 through November 1 and available at www.maccosmetics.com beginning September 24.
