Team Lead–Sales

CB2 at South Coast Plaza is looking for a Team Lead who can lead & manage the sales team in partnership with the Assistant Store Manager of Sales. The ideal candidate will observe, recognize, & coach the selling team on individual performance to drive business goals. In addition, the Team Lead will maintain a strong leadership presence to maximize sales, profitability, customer, & team experience.

The ideal candidate will:
   • Communicate positively internally & externally in all regards.
   • Act as a Manager on Duty to recognize store associates for behaviors that drive results & elevate the customer experience.
   • Use reporting to communicate business goals/priorities with the team.
   • Demonstrate strong delegation & expectation-setting skills.
   • Demonstrate the ability to execute & drive business results.
