Job Description
• Welcome and accompany clientele during their shopping experience at the store, give style advice, propose alternatives.
• Facilitate the brand’s high standards customer service, communicate the brand’s aesthetic.
• Always apply and maintain the brand’s procedures and policy.
• Achieve monthly sales goals.
• Maintain existing and create new strong clientele relationships/client book handling.
• Participate to maintaining the visual merchandising as per guidelines.
• Participate to the store maintenance team effort (floor and BOH).

• Lead by example.
Requirements
• Have experience in Luxury retail, 1–3 years within the Shopping center.
• Have extensive customer service skills.
• Be sales and customer service orientated, highly motivated.
• Be fashion savvy with impeccable presentation and good personality.
• Be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Be detail oriented and enthusiastic.
• Be a team player.
